Welcome to Pies-on Wheels Pizza! We are a catering service based out of Wantagh, NY. Our focus is to deliver a one-of-a-kind pizza party experience on wheels, providing Nassau and Western Suffolk with the best wood-fired, brick-oven pizza for every occasion. Our specially outfitted 1946 Chevy 250 “Stove Bolt” serves as a mobile pizzeria: we pull up to the party location, turn the wooden sides up, heat up our wood-fired pizza oven and start to make fresh, hot pizzas right on the spot! We bring a multitude of pizza toppings to create any traditional or gourmet pizza you and your guests desire!
Pies-on Wheels brings the party to you, wherever you are! Not only do we serve pizza, but we also offer a mixed green salad, gelato, and coffee. We carry all the equipment necessary for the event, including all of the paper goods. As a host, all you need to provide are cold beverages for your guests and any seating or shelter needed for the party. Leave the rest to us!
The idea of a pizza party or a mobile food truck might not have been new; however, to merge the two was a wonderful inception. After growing up making pizza on Friday nights with our dad, we decided that Pies-on Wheels was the best way to honor both my dad and our family tradition. Now we want to bring this tradition to you!
"Paisan" is an Italian word meaning "brother" or "fellow countryman". Pies-on Wheels welcomes friends and family together to celebrate life! We hope that you will soon become one of our "Paisans"!!
